“We had water loggers fitted after noticing a spike in our water bills, the insights portal identified abnormal water usage patterns, which in turn lead us to investigate damaged equipment discovered within the break tank, causing significant and constant water loss throughout the day and night.

We were advised to arrange a fast, low-cost corrective fix, this was implemented to stop the continuous flow from the damaged break-tank component. This required minimal downtime and provided an immediate reduction in consumption.
